The Bookstore will be closed: September 28 through September 30. During this time the Visitor Center will remain open.

Caution Stoplight In Use due to Limited Parking

Limited Parking at the Visitor Center is monitored by the use of a Stoplight. This light helps meter traffic so that parking spots are available for visitors. Stoplight generally in effect from 10 am to 4 pm. Wait times vary daily.

Information Climbing Restrictions on September 29

On Tuesday, September 29th, the Devils Tower Climbing Rangers will be conducting a multi-agency search and rescue training on the South Face of Devils Tower. In order to have a safe and successful training, it is requested at all parties planning to climb on the South Face email:

The area is also home to wildlife, including a community of prairie dogs.
