Admission includes all rides, shows, and exhibits. You only pay extra for food, merchandise, and optional experiences.
Plan a full day. Between the coasters, the walk-through exhibits, and scheduled shows, you will not rush it.
Security is real: expect metal detection, walk-through or hand-held, and bag inspection at entry. Leave anything unnecessary in your car.
Prohibited items include weapons and lookalikes, pepper spray and mace, glass containers (baby food and medicine excepted), luggage and wheeled suitcases, tents and folding chairs, squirt guns, and portable stereos.
Guests under 14 must be with an adult, except for programs meant for young visitors like camps, sleepovers, and birthday parties.
Strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs rent on a first-come, first-served basis near Guest Services. There is no reserving ahead.
Lockers come in three sizes near the entrance, from roughly 13 by 7.5 inches to 22 by 13.5 inches, with small single-use lockers at Journey to Atlantis, Kraken, Manta, Mako, Ice Breaker, and Pipeline for a small fee.
Pets are not allowed inside, but there is a kennel at the main entrance on the right of the entry plaza: ±$25 per day, ±$20 for Pass Members, credit only, no cash. It has 31 kennels from small to extra large.
Service animals are welcome. Rollators with seats are not permitted, though the park lends free rollators without seats to guests who arrive with a device that does not qualify.
Bicycle racks sit just outside the Main Gate Plaza.
Weekdays and off-peak dates mean shorter coaster lines than weekends and holidays.
